I really enjoy doing cover tunes from my preferred games, here are some examples made for Mega Drive, PC Engine or GX4000, I also compose original ones for my own games. Working on Furnace software.

Beyond code and pixel art, I'm also into hardware design for the full experience. From validating Game Gear cartridge PCBs to developing custom flash boards for Mega Drive and Game Boy, every physical release is engineered in-house. Here are some examples of carts I made, from TH prototypes to SMD versions ready to ship.
// Creator
I'm a French indie developer in my forties, and Lunoka is the project I always wanted to build.
It started on an Amiga 600 in the early 90s — pixel art and chiptune before I even knew those words existed. That machine shaped everything: the way I think about graphics, the way I hear music, the obsession with doing a lot with very little. Around the same time, I fell into video games (Arcade & consoles) whereas Wednesday morning TV was serving up Saint Seiya, Hokuto no Ken and City Hunter, and I didn't know it yet, but that visual language — strong characters, dramatic compositions, expressive heroines — was quietly becoming my own.
A decade ago I worked professionally as a 3D artist in the games industry, contributing to Nintendo DS titles published by Atari — including Titeuf DS and Dead & Furious DS. That experience taught me what shipping a real product actually means, and I brought that discipline back with me when I went independent.
This is a long-term independent creation project (10 years), developing original retro homebrew games and illustrations in the japanese tradition of the 90s — PC Engine culture, Mega Drive, strong heroines.
Full solo production: code, pixel art, music, illustration. Each heroine is the heart of an original IP, preceded by a Mai game acting as technical laboratory and narrative prelude.
References: Valis, Twin Cobra, Shinobi, Ghouls & Ghosts, Wonderboy 2, Zelda, Mystic Quest, Streets of Rage, Castlevania — reinterpreted with original IPs.
I'm open to collaborations when the right project and the right people align — I already contributed to the Windjammers Mega Drive port, handling the full OST for that release.
